Therefore we are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Non-Financial Risk Manager to join the client's dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, assessing, and mitigating operational risks across the organization. The NF Risk Manager will collaborate with various departments to implement effective risk management strategies, ensuring the integrity and stability of their operations
Your tasks

Risk Identification and Assessment:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify non-financial risks across different business units.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand and analyze risk factors related to operations, reputation, compliance, and other non-financial aspects.
2. Risk Mitigation Strategies:

Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies and action plans to address identified non-financial risks.

Work closely with relevant departments to ensure the integration of risk mitigation measures into day-to-day operations.
3. Policy Development:

Design and implement policies and procedures related to non-financial risk management.

Regularly review and update policies to align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
4. Monitoring and Reporting:

Establish key risk indicators and implement monitoring systems to track non-financial risk exposure.

Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting emerging risks and recommending appropriate mitigating actions.
5. Training and Awareness:

Conduct training sessions to enhance non-financial risk awareness among employees.

Collaborate with internal teams to embed a risk-aware culture throughout the organization.
Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field (or equivalent); advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., FRM, PRM) is a plus.

Proven experience in non financial risk management within the financial services industry.

Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
